MISSION

To support the 4th district courts in monitoring the well-being, concerns,
and assets of persons under guardianship and conservatorship.

WHAT WE DO

The Guardianship and Conservatorship Monitoring Office provides a third-party review system to monitor the care of the person under guardianship and their assets.

We provide the following services:

  • Answer general questions about guardianship and conservatorship
  • Provide referrals to community resources
  • Provide information on the complaint process
  • Provide information about the general roles and duties of the guardian and conservator
  • Review of Annual Status Reports
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements
