In order to best serve the public and to process your request for public records as expeditiously as possible, all requests to examine or copy public records must be made in writing. Please help us in this process by filling out this form completely. Be sure to print your name, address and telephone number so that we may respond to this request.

Pursuant to Idaho State Code §74-102(b), all requests made are subject to a copy and/or processing fee which may be required prior to receipt of record(s)

Requestors who submit requests on weekends, holidays and any time of day or night. The 3-day clock does not start before the Public Records Request is "received" not "submitted"

Idaho Code SECTION 28-50-107
LEGAL RECOGNITION OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS — ELECTRONIC TRANSMITTAL IN LIEU OF CERTIFIED MAIL.

A record or signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form.
A contract may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because an electronic record was used in its formation.
If a law requires a record to be in writing, an electronic record satisfies the law.
If a law requires a signature, an electronic signature satisfies the law.
If a law requires any notice or other record to be sent by certified mail, the record may, with the express consent of the recipient, be transmitted electronically.
